Unusual and uncharacteristic design of new space for the bank is that it reminds more VIP area of the airport or hotel lobby, and service for clients is provided in private rooms, but not at operating stand. Such approach to space organization allows to divide flows of different segments clients, especially taking into consideration that Alfa-Bank has begun a new program aimed at work with clients of middle corporative segment.
Now there are not only finance and consulting products are available for Alfa-Bank clients, but also well-equipped area with WI-FI, working place that allows a client to work and take necessary decisions online to use bank resources more effective. Besides, there are meeting rooms with video conferencing, and communication area can be used not only by bank staff, but also by the client.

It should be noted, that many novelties and elemets of space organization were tested within everal months at other alfa-bank clients offices and afterwards as a result incarnated in a new modern model of the clients office.
